Chef Wells has been in the food industry for over the last 10 years working at some of the best hotels and private clubs in the Stamford, CT area. A graduate of the culinary arts program at Norwalk Community College in 2001, and certified in the servesafe food protection certification examination in 2008. Steve’s been catering events from baby showers to weddings, and is currently has a cookbook that is set to be released soon – “101 Ways to prepare Bologna.”
